When producing large quantities of products, companies usually choose to form blister packets themselves. Small to medium-sized production batches often use pre-formed blisters: the investment needed to form blisters yourself tends to be less interesting in these scenarios. For these companies, an LAP-C or LAP-L could be a better step towards automation.
