Accurate lid placement
Nothing is more important than accuracy when it comes to Lid Placement. After all, you want to be sure that the lid is placed and sealed correctly. By combining our Lid Separator with our Vision system and Blister Sealer, we can guarantee a successful placement. The Lid Separator uses a Robot, Cobot or Manipulator to pick a lid from a stack, after which the Vision system checks whether it is actually one lid and the lid is placed on the packaging. After the lid has been placed, a Vision Check checks whether it’s been placed correctly. The Blister Sealer then seals the blister. Afterwards, the Vision system checks again if the seal’s quality is good and if there’s contamination in the packaging.
Placing lids without worrying
Through years of developing our Lid Separation System, we can guarantee that you’ll have little to worry about. The high level of autonomy of this machine allows for long-term operation without an operator. The machine can also be refilled during the production process. As a result, the process doesn’t come to a standstill and efficiency doesn’t take a hit. Additionally, the machine has a proven low error rate, allowing you to let the machine do its thing without worrying about it.
