Most common solutions
The most common solutions we offer are machines for punching Tyvek, medical paper or aluminium lids to seal, for example, a blister. We also offer solutions for punching out blisters and rubber products. Thanks to years of experience with these processes, we know how best to create a tailor-made solution for your issue.
Flexible cutting and punching
In a high-mix, low-volume production line, common in clinical trials and start-ups, flexibility is often a requirement. Because product quantities are very low, you can’t buy a dedicated production line for that one process. GTE offers the required flexibility by working with moulds and default parts or with recipe-driven change-over. This allows you to process multiple different products on one machine or production line, speeding up the process and increasing your ROI. The advantage of GTE’s default parts is that they can be swapped out without needing any tools. The change-over time varies from a few minutes to a maximum of half an hour, depending on the number of default parts.

The Importance of IQ, PQ, and OQ in Machine Construction for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry
In the pharmaceutical and medical industries, developing machines that meet the highest quality and regulatory standards is essential. Therefore, the steps of IQ (Installation Qualification), PQ (Performance Qualification), and OQ (Operational Qualification) are followed during the construction of these machines. These qualification tests ensure that machines meet the required standards for installation, operation, and performance, and they are a critical part of the validation process.
